It also mentioned this man named Stephen Shapiro who is very successful and has the commission of the sale of the Hearst Mansion in Beverly Hills, and their asking price is 165 million. Its also telling you if you're interested, then you need to look on Forbes, because they're breaking down what you need and the steps you have to go through.
